The popular cold shabu-shabu season has arrived!
This year's summer hotpot comes in two varieties: "hiyashi shabu-shabu" and "spicy shabu-shabu."
The very popular cold shabu-shabu every year is "Japanese dashi lemon cold shabu-shabu." Thinly sliced meat is shabu-shabued in Japanese dashi soup with lemon, quickly dipped in iced water with the dashi, and then eaten with noodle soup. This year's condiment is wasabi stems. The pungent, refreshing coolness that hits your nose makes it a very refreshing dish.
Another summer hot pot is "Hot and Sour Tomato Shabu-Shabu". The sour and spicy taste makes it perfect for the hot summer! The condiment is jalapeno. If you like spicy food, please try it with extra spiciness! Rice noodles go well with it at the end of the meal.
