This soup features a rich flavor profile, combining the deep umami of shrimp with Japanese dashi, and further enhanced by the refreshing aroma of domestic lemongrass.
In addition to the "Shrimp Salt" soup, you can choose one more soup from shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, salt tonkotsu, or spicy kimchi for our "Two-Soup Hot Pot Style."
