At Mo-Mo-Paradise, we will be offering our popular summer-limited menu item, "Rei Shabu," for a limited time starting Friday, July 24, 2026.
"Rei Shabu" is a dish where you enjoy thinly sliced meat, chilled in an ice pot filled with dashi broth, after shabu-shabu-ing it. The fun of preparing it yourself is also part of this dish's appeal. This year, we are offering two varieties: "Awaji Onion Grated Ponzu" and "Mala Sesame Sauce."
Each offers a different flavor that enhances the deliciousness of Rei Shabu.
